The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. We are seeking a Lease End Coordinator to join our team at BMW of Fort Lauderdale and be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers returning their leased vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customers feel supported and valued throughout the lease return process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Used Car Sales Manager and other members of the team to ensure all lease return requirements are met.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles, complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, and arrange for the return of the leased vehicle.
  • Ensure all lease return documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to dealership policies, legal requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the lease return process.
  • Work closely with the Used Car Sales Manager and other team members to support the overall goals of the dealership.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment by communicating clearly and effectively with internal partners and by providing assistance when needed.
  • Attend and complete required training and participate in departmental meetings.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work Sundays and four weekdays.
  • 2-4 years' experience in administrative services, customer service, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
