About The Position

The Lease Sales Representative at Penske is a pivotal role within the sales team, focusing on business development and B2B sales in the transportation sector. In this role, the representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales calls, and visiting customers within their assigned territory. The focus will be on diverse customers and executives, helping them fulfill their transportation and financial needs through full-service truck leasing. The Lease Sales Representative will generate sales volume and revenue by prospecting new B2B customer accounts, retaining existing customers, and increasing the volume of business with current clients. This position requires a proactive approach to customer development and a commitment to exceeding monthly revenue quotas through consistent proposal generation and active management of a sales pipeline. Penske recognizes the efforts of its Lease Sales teams with commissions, company vehicles, and top sales performer recognition programs.
