As the Lease Up Community Manager at Alta Uptown, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all activities align with the company's financial and operational goals. This role requires a strong focus on managing team members, resources, and compliance with various laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations, including Fair Housing and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Your responsibilities will include approving vendor invoices, managing expenditures within the approved budget, and overseeing the lease enforcement process. You will also be tasked with implementing marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while promoting resident satisfaction through effective communication and service resolution. Regular property inspections will be part of your duties to maintain safety and cleanliness standards. In addition to operational management, you will supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, while also maintaining a strong relationship with property owners through regular updates and property tours.
