About the position

Canon Financial Services is seeking a Leasing Account Manager to support the Vendor Finance Department. This role focuses on expanding the dealer base and managing existing relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and customers. The Leasing Account Manager will be responsible for client interactions, transaction execution, documentation preparation, and ensuring adherence to company programs. The position requires collaboration with management and support teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office requirements on specific days.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the CFS Dealer network by soliciting new business in existing and new markets.
  • Work with owners, sales, and sales management within existing client accounts to understand their decision-making process and uncover company needs.
  • Use professional persuasion and repetitive sales efforts to onboard new dealers to use CFS's leasing services.
  • Participate and attend select industry trade shows, dealer meetings, and channel partner events (up to 25% travel).
  • Communicate the CFS leasing process and services to dealers and end-user customers through webinars and presentations.
  • Provide ongoing lease product and process training to the Vendor Finance dealer base.
  • Communicate with CFS management to ensure understanding of financing needs in the marketplace.
  • Understand competitive products and prices offered by other leasing companies and update management on market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership channel clients and internal departments.
  • Organize and maintain training materials and records to perform job functions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales calls, activities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Document all transactions using Nexus and other CFS systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 - 5+ years of Dealer Finance Sales experience required
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%) to trade shows and client sites
  • Proficient in Finance Structures, Programs, and Credit Concepts utilized in the leasing industry
  • Strong computer skills including Advanced Knowledge of TValue, Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience with Nexus and Leasewave strongly preferred
