About the position

As a Leasing Agent at Coast Property Management, you will play a crucial role in marketing and leasing properties while promoting the company's professional standards of quality. This position requires a people-oriented individual who can assist colleagues with administrative tasks and maintain the property to maximize financial returns.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails and post/monitor social media for the property
• Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path
• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for tours
• Run leasing applications
• Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials
• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent
• Previous clerical/administrative experience
• Experience with office computers and software
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Strong communication skills to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with team members and contract laborers
