We're seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team full-time and play a key role in making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable for our future residents.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence.
• Manage & Organize: Handle office paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Customer-Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top-notch service.
• Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management is key.
• Sales Skills: You're comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: You're able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.
• Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
