The Village at Haddonfield is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and dynamic Leasing Agent / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our visitors and managing various administrative tasks that support the leasing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the professionalism and hospitality of our community. In this role, you will organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will manage communication, including emails and phone calls, screening calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking messages when required. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in multi-family property management is preferred, and familiarity with Rent Manager software is a plus. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant community and contribute to the overall success of our leasing operations. The expected hours for this position are 40 hours per week, with a schedule of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person at our Haddonfield, NJ office, and candidates must be willing to relocate to the area before starting work.
