The Leasing Agent at Las Flores is responsible for managing day-to-day leasing activities for a new affordable apartment community in Oregon City, OR. Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day leasing activities for the property.
• Maintain positive resident and prospective relations.
• Ensure good physical appearance and maintenance of vacant units.
• Coordinate cleaning and repairs of vacant units with Community Manager and Maintenance Staff.
• Lease in compliance with applicable government programs for the property.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, or a college degree in a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong technology, internet, and general computer use skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete company training requirements within deadlines.
