About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote vacant properties to prospective tenants.
• Provide outstanding customer service to rental inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations.
• Assist with Front Desk Reception duties, including answering calls and scheduling appointments.
• Interact with potential tenants, vendors, and employees in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain up-to-date information regarding properties and leasing processes.
