• Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residents.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Marketing and networking skills to attract potential tenants.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Computer knowledge to utilize property management software and tools.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
