About the position

This position is for a part time (32 hours) Leasing Agent I / COS to work at Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $19.00 - $28.50 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.00 - $23.75 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assists in Developing and implementing marketing plan and creation of advertisements
• Provides Property Tours, Shows Model Unit
• Logs all Traffic, completes Follow-up, Processes Rental Application and Prepares Lease
• Collects Deposit, Conducts Unit Inspection
• Conducts Market Survey of Competition
• Participates in Property Inspections, Move in/Move out, Aids Residents with move out process
• Participates in re-certification process

Requirements

• 1+ Year of Related Apartment Leasing Experience/COS experience
• MS Office knowledge and Intermediate Skills
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing
