About the position

The Leasing Agent / Marketing Manager at Runnstone Senior Living is responsible for marketing the facility and maintaining census goals. This role involves conducting tours, managing community relations, assessing resident needs, and providing resources for service coordination. The position also includes counseling, case management, and educational support services to help residents maintain independence while supporting the facility's census objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tours and provide information to prospective residents.
  • Maintain and optimize census by monitoring resident inquiries and referrals.
  • Develop and manage a waiting list or interest list.
  • Maintain positive relationships with neighborhood agencies and the community.
  • Assist residents during their transition into the facility and handle admissions.
  • Respond to residents' needs and ensure their independence.
  • Assist with residents' financial, social, and personal needs as required.
  • Address residents' questions, comments, and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Continuously assess residents' needs and recommend improvements to services and programs.
  • Work closely with management and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and assist other departments as needed.
  • Provide training and work direction for interns and volunteers.
  • Maintain accurate marketing records and submit reports monthly.
  • Ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local assisted living regulations.
  • Expertise in working with senior populations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
