About the position

The Leasing Agent position at Mira at Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL, is a part-time role focused on creating positive experiences for residents in a newly opened 55+ community. The agent will be responsible for managing leases, maintaining property records, and ensuring resident satisfaction while working collaboratively with the construction team and other staff members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude towards coworkers, tenants, clients, and the public.
• Administer leases, including reviewing resident billings, analyzing lease clauses, and preparing vacancy reports.
• Maintain complete and accurate property files and records according to department systems.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues and collect delinquent accounts promptly.
• Manage resident relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with coworkers and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed with some flexibility in other days.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM is a plus but not required.
