The Leasing Agent position at United Property Management is a part-time role focused on coordinating all phases of apartment leasing. Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of apartment leasing.
• Serve as the first line of contact for prospective apartment residents and guests.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs, lease and renewal negotiations, and apartment showings.
• Maximize occupancy rates by pre-selling available units and contacting interested prospects.
• Handle and maintain records of inquiries from prospective tenants.
• Conduct apartment and general facility tours and greet future residents.
• Take rental applications and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of related sales or real estate experience.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Entrata experience is preferred.
