About the position

The Leasing Agent/Property Manager will work under the direction of the Lease Supervisor to maximize occupancy of a residential portfolio. This role involves generating traffic, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing rental units and responding to inquiries.
• Qualify prospects and show apartments.
• Prepare all move-in paperwork and accurately input lead information.
• Participate in follow-up with prospective residents through telephone calls and follow-up cards.
• Assist in accurately entering all prospect and resident data in Management Software.
• Comply with all Fair Housing regulations.
• Advise the Property Manager of conditions affecting resident safety and property condition.
• Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Property Leasing (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (Required).

Benefits

• Full-time position with a pay range of $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
