The Leasing Agent position at Burton Carol LLC involves managing leasing activities for an apartment community in Stow, Ohio. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws, maintaining positive resident relations, and conducting marketing and leasing activities to attract new residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, including Fair Housing and ADA compliance.
• Ensure lease files and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain the condition of the office and model apartment, ensuring the office opens on schedule.
• Keep records of all management activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Submit required reports to corporate offices on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain a positive customer service attitude and ensure work orders are completed to resident satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and provide trend report information.
• Shop competition and stay aware of neighborhood market conditions.
• Welcome and show the community to prospective new residents, handling incoming phone calls and completing necessary paperwork.

Requirements

• Must be available on Saturdays.
• 2 years' experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer skills including experience with One Site, Word, and Excel are needed.
