Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects using strong sales and closing skills to connect with potential tenants.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare and present lease agreements, addendums, and renewal paperwork with precision.
• Stay updated with market trends and rental rates.
• Ensure the property, models, and show units are always presentable.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with YARDI Voyager is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service.
