The Leasing role at Trevecca Towers, a 354 unit affordable elderly property in Nashville, TN, is responsible for working 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday. This role involves the intake and processing of rental applications and leasing apartments while maintaining strong customer service and satisfaction. The position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and good knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and other computer software/programs. A Leasing Agent will perform various tasks such as rent collections, rental applications, resident interaction, posting notices, showing vacant units, etc. This position is our front of house type role and needs to portray excellent customer service to current residents and potential residents.

Requirements
