About the position

The Leasing Agent at Volara Apartments is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing leasing processes for prospective residents. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are self-motivated and eager to learn, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for potential tenants.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects who are interested in knowing more about our communities
• Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments and take prospects on a tour of the community
• Process leasing applications, put together lease paperwork, request security deposits and leaseholders to sign the lease

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in time management
• Strong administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills and follow through

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality environments
• Previous property management experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
