About the position

The Leasing Agent at LHP Capital, LLC is responsible for managing the leasing process for apartments at Westview Towers. This role involves processing rental applications, collecting rent, and providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents. The position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as a commitment to community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Process rental applications and lease apartments.
• Collect rent and manage financial transactions.
• Interact with residents and address their inquiries.
• Post notices and communicate important information to residents.
• Show vacant units to potential tenants.

Requirements

• Entry-level position requiring less than 1 year of office experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Interest in community service.
