About the position
The Leasing Agent position is a full-time role within a growing property management firm, responsible for leasing homes in a newly acquired community. The role involves engaging with potential occupants, managing the move-in process, and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the leasing cycle.
Responsibilities
- Seeking new occupants for the community
- Leasing homes to prospective tenants
- Welcoming new occupants and assisting with the move-in process
- Managing lease renewals
- Providing excellent customer service
- Performing additional administrative duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience in sales
- Proficiency in computer skills for preparing reports, letters, and emails
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Rent Manager (1 year preferred)
