• Lead leasing efforts and build relationships with residents and co-workers.
• Utilize online technology platforms to track leasing and unit turn status.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior relevant property management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Proficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Skilled at leading leasing efforts and building effective working relationships.
