Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors
• Lease vacant units by greeting prospects and showing apartments
• Process applications and prepare leases accurately
• Listen to and respond to resident requests
• Ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily
• Educate and enforce community policies and rules
• Schedule and plan appointments
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of experience in Property Management, business administration, or accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Valid Driver's License and reliable commute

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge and experience with Property Management software
• 3+ years in Property Management, business administration, or accounts payable
