About the position

MHAOK is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team in Tulsa. The Leasing Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring that our affordable housing properties are well-maintained and provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents. This position involves interacting with potential residents, assisting with leasing processes, and maintaining positive relationships with current tenants.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential residents and show available units
• Assist with the leasing process, including application review and move-in procedures
• Handle rent collection, evictions, and tenant complaints
• Ensure property is well-maintained and adheres to all regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Experience in property management or a related field is preferred
