About the position

The Part-Time Leasing Agent at PacShore Communities is responsible for marketing and leasing apartments to prospective residents. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with potential tenants effectively. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, contributing to a positive work environment while managing leasing-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents
• Provide tours of the apartment community and available units
• Answer questions about the apartment community, amenities, and lease terms
• Process lease applications
• Collect rent and security deposits
• Maintain accurate lease files
• Assist with other leasing-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
