The Leasing Agent at One Arlington Apartments is responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current residents. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and administrative tasks, aimed at creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate is a vibrant communicator with a passion for people and sales, capable of handling various responsibilities from conducting tours to processing applications and preparing lease packages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease packages.
• Welcome new residents on move-in day.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents through various communication methods.
• Maintain the leasing office and show units to ensure they are tour-ready.
• Collaborate on strategic marketing efforts to drive traffic to the property.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and courteously.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages in advance for lease renewals.
• Assist with accounting, financial, or administrative reports as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Real Estate License.
• 2 years of leasing experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize property management software.

Nice-to-haves
