About the position

As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first 'Hello!' to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
• Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
• Help current residents renew their leases.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Nice-to-haves

• Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.
