About the position

The Leasing Agent at Tarantino Properties Inc. is responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. This entry-level position involves administrative and marketing duties, working closely with the growth team to promote the community and its benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities.
• Always be selling - over the phone, through email, and in person.
• Serve as the subject expert on the product, the property, and the local neighborhood.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow-up on the phone and through email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Be available to work on Saturdays.
