Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in finding their perfect home by reaching out to inquiries and scheduling tours.
• Perform apartment inspections and post notices as needed.
• Create marketing ads using photos, 3D tours, and floor plans to attract potential residents.
• Provide accurate and timely information to residents to support their needs.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemails while organizing rental documents and performing inspections.
• Support the Leasing Team in creating a positive resident experience from the first contact to move-in day.

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Motivated to learn and grow in leasing knowledge.
• Creative and self-starting mindset.
• Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced workplace.
• Quality presentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
