Responsibilities

• Showcase property features and confidently answer questions during property showings to secure leases.
• Engage with prospective and current residents through phone calls, text messages, and email, actively listening to their needs.
• Assess the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective residents while adhering to company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Assist in staging and photographing properties to create captivating online listings and build engaging 3D tours.
• Manage lease expiration and move-in/move-out dates, distribute renewal notices, and address resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain open communication with property owners, providing market recommendations and addressing inquiries.
• Process rental applications, perform background and credit checks, and approve or deny applicants.
• Capture and document property conditions through photographs during move-ins, mid-lease inspections, and move-outs.
• Welcome new residents by securing signatures on required paperwork and providing a comprehensive orientation to the property.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform preventative maintenance checks and report service requests.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in leasing or real estate sales.
• Familiarity with property management software.
