The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and possess relevant leasing and office experience.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments and assisting current guests with the check-in process.
• Delivering friendly customer service while completing tasks.
• Processing rental payments.
• Handling maintenance requests and staff scheduling.
• Conducting apartment inspections prior to move-in to ensure they meet management standards.
• Performing property inspections and delegating tasks to staff members.
• Managing advertising and social media efforts.
• Assisting with Internet and cable issues.

Requirements

• Positive attitude

• Property management experience preferred

• Valid Driver's License
