This full-time position involves managing leasing activities across multiple sites, including Traditions townhomes and Traditions Senior Villas. Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
• Process lease applications and assist with lease signings
• Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants and follow up on inquiries
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections as needed
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and assist in setting rental rates
• Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
