Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and assist in background and credit checks.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Address resident concerns and maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and online listings to promote available units.
  • Work with the property management team on marketing initiatives and resident retention programs.
  • Attend community events and open houses to promote the property.
  • Maintain leasing records and resident files in an organized manner.
  • Track occupancy levels, prepare reports, and update databases.
  • Assist with rent collections and ensure all leasing procedures comply with property policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interest in real estate or sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to form long-lasting relationships with people.
  • Open availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
