The Leasing Agent position at Centennial Management Corp involves providing exceptional customer service and support in property management. Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with daily operations.
• Input work orders and post rents.
• Visit properties to ensure quality and maintenance standards.
• Provide backup and support to Property Managers and Supervisors.
• Implement company policies in leasing and resident relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum customer service experience required.
• Leasing background preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Property Management software (e.g., Onesite).
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate various types of office equipment.
