Responsibilities

• LEASING APARTMENTS AND FOLLOW-UP
• Customer service with prospective and current residents
• Maintain market survey & awareness of market trends and conditions
• Accurate completion of all lease applications, including performing credit and background verification
• General administrative duties: filing, copying, faxing, as needed

Requirements

• Must be available to work every weekend with no exceptions
• A minimum of 1-2 years leasing experience
• Exceptional closing skills, evidenced by previous leasing or sales performance
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task
