About the position

The Leasing Agent at DGE Investments is responsible for facilitating the rental process of residential properties, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective tenants. This role involves conducting property tours, promoting available units, assisting with lease applications, and providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of available apartments to prospective tenants.
• Promote properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
• Assist applicants in completing lease applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Address inquiries and provide information about the community, amenities, and lease terms.
• Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Keep accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Familiarity with property management and leasing processes is a plus
• Comfortable using property management software and other digital tools
