The Leasing Agent position is a detail-oriented role focused on managing rental applications, unit inspections, and tenant move-ins and move-outs across two locations. The role requires strong organizational skills and a professional approach to customer service, with training provided for candidates willing to learn the necessary software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units and review rental applications.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs for tenants.
• Take and upload unit photos and create work orders.
• Manage rental agreements and address non-compliant violation notices.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a leasing or related role.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute (typing test required).
• Strong attention to detail with perfect scores in office skills evaluations (filing, math, comparisons).
• Proficient in filing, math, and handling documentation.
• Experience with AppFolio or willingness to learn.
