About the position

The Leasing Agent at Atlas Real Estate plays a crucial role in supporting Portfolio Managers and Senior Portfolio Managers with marketing and leasing tasks. This position is designed for individuals passionate about real estate and making a positive impact, contributing to the company's mission of uplifting humanity through real estate. The Leasing Agent will engage with leads, conduct property showings, and facilitate the leasing process while promoting the company's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Promote and reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values.
• Provide leasing support for Portfolio Managers, including conducting QC/final walk-throughs and taking photos.
• Schedule and take professional photos of rent-ready units.
• Create marketing advertisements to generate lead flow.
• Respond to leads and conduct property showings, including open houses.
• Collect property feedback from leads and provide it to the property manager.
• Conduct move-in walk-throughs and facilitate the leasing process from approved application through move-in.
• Assist with PetScreening and security deposit collection process.
• Draft leases for Portfolio Managers to send out.
• Report property deficiencies and repair needs to PM/APM.
• Manage a calendar for the portfolio, tracking important dates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, vendors, and coworkers.
• Use high-touch communication methods to engage with leads.
• Review and process leases, obtaining required approvals and delivering to residents.
• Attend daily check-ins with the Portfolio Manager for task updates.
• Use AppFolio to update property information and pull reports.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Real Estate License
• Leasing experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer management and relationship development
• Commitment to continual learning and growth
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check
• Must have weekend availability and flexibility during the week

Benefits

• Base salary of $42,000 - $48,000/year depending on skills and experience
• $6,000 yearly stipend for expenses
