About the position

The Leasing Agent at Wright Equities, Inc. is responsible for assisting the community manager with the operations of the apartment community, providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, and ensuring compliance with housing laws. The role involves various tasks including rent collection, conducting move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining the leasing office's professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the community manager with the general operations of the apartment community.
• Provide superior customer service to all guests and residents.
• Help guests resolve their housing problems.
• Conduct all aspects of a new move-in, including lease signing and inspections.
• Assist in the collection of rents and other payments when due.
• Inspect all common areas, model apartments, and vacant apartments daily.
• Report deficiencies to the community manager.
• Maintain traffic reports and conduct follow-ups on inquiries.
• Greet prospective residents and show units.
• Assist with lease renewals and signing of new leases.
• Ensure the leasing office is clean and orderly, and refreshments are replenished as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Property Management (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
