Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Input and assign work orders, post rents, and attract new residents.
• Assist with move-ins and build relationships with local businesses.
• Provide backup and support to Property Managers and Supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum customer service experience required.
• Leasing background preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Property Management software (e.g., One-site).
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate various types of office equipment.
