About the position

The Leasing Agent at Campus Advantage is responsible for achieving the property's revenue goals by maximizing occupancy and rental rates. This role is customer service-oriented and requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively engage with prospects and residents, conduct property tours, and facilitate lease completions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Leasing Manager to maintain daily knowledge of current leasing, occupancy, and availability.
  • Follow Campus's Leasing and Marketing guidelines for greeting prospects and residents, responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and following up with prospects.
  • Facilitate application and lease completion processes.
  • Execute the property's marketing plan and adjust as necessary to achieve traffic and closing goals.
  • Maintain lease file paperwork in accordance with company policy and ensure regular lease audits are completed.
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting related to leasing and marketing activities.
  • Conduct inspections of model units daily to ensure they are in pristine condition and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist with completion of weekly market surveys and attend Residence Life Functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • 1-2 Years Sales Experience, preferably in Student Housing
  • PC Literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Demonstrated above-average verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary relationship-building and networking skills
