Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and a 'How can I help?' mindset.
• Generally prefer 1-year related experience, preferably in sales.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport quickly with customers.
• Solution-focused approach to customer needs.
• Passion for leasing and desire to learn.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
