About the position

The Leasing Agent at Royal Air is responsible for managing the leasing process in a professional and friendly manner. This role involves assisting prospective tenants, showcasing rental properties, handling lease agreements, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. The Leasing Agent will also manage tenant relations and maintain accurate records of leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results
• Oversee property leasing and tenant relations
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
• Assist in property maintenance coordination
• Utilize property management software such as OneSite or Yardi for leasing activities
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call accordingly
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in drafting and managing contracts
• Handle real estate administrative tasks
• Assist in rent collection and financial reporting
• Inspect move-outs and vacancies

Requirements

• Prior experience in leasing, real estate administrative, or customer service role
• Proficiency in data entry and file management
• Familiarity with leasing contracts and legal administrative procedures
• Good leasing and closing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledgeable of property management software
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Excellent conflict management abilities
