About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Lexington Realty International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, sales, and administrative tasks, contributing to a dynamic environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential residents and highlight the features of the property
• Assist with leasing activities from lead generation to lease execution
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospective and current residents
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and renewals

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software is a plus
• Understanding of administrative tasks related to leasing contracts
• Ability to maintain organized files and documentation
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience of 1 year
• Driver's License

Benefits

• Full-time position
• Pay range of $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
