Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and texts promptly.
• Schedule and conduct property showings for potential tenants.
• Screen rental applications and follow up with applicants.
• Prepare marketing descriptions and post pictures of vacant units.
• Organize staging for units and manage 'now leasing' signs.
• Prepare move-in checklists and ensure keys are ready for new tenants.
• Schedule maintenance and cleaning services for properties.
• Document tenant property inspections during move-ins and move-outs.
• Respond to tenant disputes and enforce lease agreements.
• Coordinate with maintenance crews and contractors for repairs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and knowledge of tenant/landlord law.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse audience.

Nice-to-haves

• Photography knowledge for marketing purposes.
• Experience in staging properties.
