About The Position
The Leasing Agent is responsible for achieving the property's revenue goals by maximizing occupancy and rental rates. This role is customer service-oriented and requires strong communication and organizational skills. The Leasing Agent works closely with the Leasing Manager and is involved in various leasing and marketing activities to attract and retain residents.
