About the position

The Leasing Agent is responsible for achieving the property's revenue goals by maximizing occupancy and rental rates. This role is customer service-oriented and requires strong communication and organizational skills. The Leasing Agent works closely with the Leasing Manager and is involved in various leasing and marketing activities to attract and retain residents.

Responsibilities

• Work with Leasing Manager to maintain daily knowledge of current leasing, occupancy and availability.
• Follow Campus's Leasing and Marketing guidelines for greeting prospects and residents, responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and following up with prospects.
• Facilitate application and lease completion, executing the property's marketing plan and adjusting as necessary to achieve traffic and closing goals.
• Maintain lease file paperwork in accordance with company policy and ensure completion of regular lease audits.
• Conduct inspections of model units daily to ensure they are in pristine condition and remedy any issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• 1-2 Years Sales Experience, Student Housing Preferred
• PC Literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Demonstrated above-average verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary relationship-building and networking skills.
