About the position

The Leasing Agent position at AR Building Co is a full-time role focused on leasing apartments and providing excellent customer service. The agent will be responsible for showing properties, completing lease agreements, and marketing available units. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong people skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the potential to float to various properties in the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities

• Shows properties by setting appointments and providing property statistics and leasing information.
• Completes lease agreements by reviewing contract requirements and obtaining necessary signatures, deposits, and payments.
• Markets property by advertising vacancies, identifying prospective tenants, and creating marketing materials.
• Participates in community and regional activities to promote the properties.

Requirements

• Prior experience in apartment leasing is required.
• Excellent people skills and attention to detail when handling paperwork and computer work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Experience with Onesite/Real Page is a plus.
