About the position

As a Leasing Agent at S2 Residential, you will play a crucial role in enhancing resident experiences and driving leasing success. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting prospects, conducting property tours, capturing leases, and converting prospects into residents. You will also contribute to marketing strategies and resident satisfaction initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present the community to potential residents.
• Capture leases and convert prospects to residents.
• Engage with future and current residents to exceed their expectations.
• Process income, rental, and employment verification to meet qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing to attract potential residents.
• Participate in resident events to foster community engagement.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance-related services.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and model apartments as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen and understand resident goals.
• Creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
• Reliable transportation.
