About the position

The Leasing Agent at American Landmark Management, LLC is responsible for managing leasing activities at The Regent, a 460-unit residential community in Dallas, TX. This role involves conducting apartment tours, completing leasing documents, and ensuring model apartments are ready for showings. The Leasing Agent will also engage in outreach marketing, maintain resident relations, and contribute to the overall success of the leasing team through effective sales techniques and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
• Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits
• Ensure model apartments are ready to be shown
• Understand lease terms, specifications, and community policies
• Utilize sales and closing techniques
• Stay informed about the current market and pricing
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses
• Shop local competitor communities
• Develop knowledge of application information and screening processes
• Conduct outreach marketing at least once per week
• Develop and maintain a resident retention program
• Organize resident and property files
• Handle resident requests and complaints
• Contribute to the collection of delinquent rents

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred
• Entry-level position
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred
• Leasing experience is helpful but not required
• A college degree is helpful but not required
