About the position

The Leasing Agent position at Epic Asset Management involves showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents in a multifamily apartment community in Everett, WA. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage various responsibilities related to leasing and property maintenance. Weekend shifts are standard to ensure exceptional service during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to vacant/model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available amenities, and terms of lease.
• Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
• Inspects condition of premises periodically and arranges for necessary maintenance.
• Compiles listings of available rental property.
• Composes and posts vacancy advertisements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, and Yardi.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
